Terms of purchase

1. General

1.1. These terms govern purchases in the aromaset.lt online shop. Seller — [UAB „AromaSet“], company code [įmonės kodas: 000000000], VAT [PVM mokėtojo kodas: LT000000000000], registered office [registracijos adresas], Vilnius, Lietuva, e-mail support@aromaset.lt.

1.2. By placing an order the Buyer confirms acceptance of these terms, the Privacy policy and the Return policy. The contract is concluded upon payment.

2. Products and prices

2.1. aromaset.lt sells samples of original fragrances (2 ml, 5 ml, 10 ml atomisers) decanted from authentic bottles, and curated sets. Samples are lawfully decanted and labelled; they are not the manufacturer's original retail packaging.

2.2. Prices are in EUR incl. VAT. A packaging fee (€1.20) and delivery cost are shown before payment.

3. Payment

3.1. Payment by card, Google Pay, Apple Pay or Link is processed securely by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. The Seller never receives or stores card data.

4. Delivery

4.1. Via parcel lockers (DPD, Omniva, Venipak, LP Express) or courier. In-stock items ship within 1–2 business days, special orders within 3–10. See “Delivery”.

5. Right of withdrawal

5.1. A consumer may withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods (Civil Code Art. 6.228-10).

5.2. Important exception: under Art. 6.228-10(2)(5) the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods unsealed after delivery which are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons. Unsealed perfumery cannot be returned.

5.3. Under Art. 6.228-10(2)(3), goods assembled to the Buyer's individual specification (a custom-built scent box) are also non-returnable, except for quality defects.

6. Legal guarantee

6.1. All goods carry the statutory 2-year conformity guarantee (Civil Code Arts. 6.363–6.364): replacement, price reduction or refund for defective goods.

7. Personal data

7.1. Personal data is processed under the Privacy policy and the Cookie policy.

8. Disputes

8.1. Complaints: support@aromaset.lt (we reply within 14 days). If unresolved, consumers may apply to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (VVTAT), Vilniaus g. 25, 01402 Vilnius, vvtat.lrv.lt. EU list of ADR bodies: consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu.

8.2. Note: the EU ODR platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025, so no ODR link is provided.

9. Final provisions

9.1. These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. The version published at the time of ordering applies.
