Delivery

1. Methods

• Parcel lockers: DPD, Omniva, Venipak, LP Express — across Lithuania.
• Courier to your door — Lithuania and other EU countries (LV, EE, PL, DE, FI).

2. Times

• In-stock items ship within 1–2 business days.
• Special-order items — within 3–10 business days.
• You receive a tracking link by e-mail on dispatch.

3. Cost

Delivery cost is calculated at checkout. A €1.20 packaging fee applies — samples travel in protective packaging that keeps the glass safe.

4. On receipt

Check the parcel for damage. If damaged, photograph it and notify support@aromaset.lt within 3 business days.
