Return policy

1. 14-day right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods (Civil Code Art. 6.228-10). A clear statement to support@aromaset.lt with your order number is enough.

2. What CANNOT be returned

• Unsealed perfumery. Samples and sets whose protective seal/film was broken after delivery are non-returnable for hygiene and health-protection reasons (Art. 6.228-10(2)(5)).
• Custom-built boxes assembled to your individual selection (Art. 6.228-10(2)(3)), except for defects.

3. Conditions and procedure

• Goods must be unopened, unused, in original packaging and re-sellable condition.
• Contact us for return instructions and ship within 14 days of your notice.
• Direct return-shipping costs are borne by the Buyer.
• We refund (incl. standard delivery fee) via the original payment method within 14 days of your notice; we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof of dispatch.

4. Defective goods

If an item arrives damaged or wrong, e-mail support@aromaset.lt with photos. The statutory 2-year conformity guarantee applies (replacement, price reduction or refund); return costs for defective goods are on us.

5. Disputes

If we cannot agree — VVTAT, Vilniaus g. 25, 01402 Vilnius, vvtat.lrv.lt; EU ADR bodies: consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu. (The EU ODR platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025.)
